By downloading, installing, or using the Tattoo Aftercare mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users who access the App without creating an account.
2. Description of Service
Tattoo Aftercare is a personal care tracking application that helps users monitor the healing progress of their tattoos. The App provides tools for:
- Tracking tattoo healing stages and care logs
- Setting reminders for aftercare routines
- Documenting tattoo details, artist information, and photos
- Viewing healing timelines and progress
- Sharing content within the App's community features
3. Not Medical Advice
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. All content within the App is for informational and organizational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes professional medical, dermatological, or health advice.
If you experience signs of infection, allergic reaction, or any adverse health condition related to your tattoo, consult a qualified healthcare professional immediately. Do not rely solely on this App to assess the health of your tattoo.
4. User Accounts
You may use certain features of the App without creating an account. For social and community features, you may create an account using an email address and password, or via Apple Sign In.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App, including photos, notes, and journal entries ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content as necessary to provide the App's services.
You agree not to submit User Content that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
- Is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
- Contains personal information of others without their consent
6. Pro Subscription
The App offers a one-time Pro upgrade ("Pro") priced at $3.99 USD that unlocks additional features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
- Pro purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
- Features included in Pro may be updated over time.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Rushing Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rushing Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes related to tattoo care decisions made using the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
