This Privacy Policy explains how Rushing Technologies ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Tattoo Aftercare App.

2. Apple Sign In

If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and, optionally, your name and email address from Apple. Apple may provide a private relay email address to protect your real email. We use this information only to create and manage your account.

We never receive your Apple ID password.

3. How We Use Your Information

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Storage

Local data: Tattoo records, photos, care logs, and reminders are stored locally on your device using SQLite. This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly share it.

Account data: If you create an account, your profile and social content are stored on our secure servers hosted via Railway.

Photos: Photos you attach to tattoo records are stored locally on your device only. Photos you post to the social feed are uploaded to our servers.

6. Push Notifications

We request permission to send push notifications for care reminders and healing milestones. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings. We do not use push notifications for marketing purposes.

7. Photos & Camera

The App requests access to your photo library and camera to let you attach progress photos to your tattoo records. We only access photos you explicitly select. We do not scan or analyze your photo library.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Local data on your device can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the App.

10. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your device secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
